DO YOU NEED TO BE A DANCER TO DO BARRE?
Absolutely not! Barre is for anyone and everyone. Any body and every body.
WHAT TO WEAR?
We recommend wearing comfy workout clothes that you can move and sweat in. Sample outfit: workout leggings, sports bra, and comfy tank top. You can also wear barre socks in either barre or yoga!
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR YOGA?
Optional yoga blocks or set of books or whatever else you can use to bring the earth closer
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR BARRE?
Non-weighted stability ball or throw pillow
Two sets of weights. We use (2) 2.5 lbs and (2) 5 lbs. Nothing heavier than 5 lbs!
Stable chair, piece of furniture, or wall. This will serve as your barre.
WHEN TO JUMP ON THE ZOOM CALL?
Classes will open 10 minutes before the actual class time. Please try to join the call at least 5 minutes before we start.
